The Special Emphasis Department supports the pastor and the vision of this ministry by targeting specific groups for spiritual growth and enrichment.  The ministries in this department will utilize fellowship and target group focused instruction to build trusting relationships among participants and facilitate opportunities for discipleship, outreach, and/or evangelism.
